Yes! you can order
our tops just as shown in the photo's or you may choose
to change the entire design. We also give you over 30
colors to choose from.
You can change the sleeve length or make it sleeveless,
it's not a problem. Simply contact us at 732-407-9010
and we will help you create a style that pleases you.
How long will
it take to receive my order?
We can deliver to
your doorstep in 21 to 30 days for most of our women's
apparel.It takes this long because each item is specifically
handcrafted for the client. We do not do ready
to wear for 95% of our women's line sold through MAXED
APPAREL. Men's apparel can be delivered in about 7 -
10 days. Please contact us for faster shipping.
How will my order be mailed to me?
We use the United
States Postal Service for items mailed within the United
States and Canada. Once your order has been sent to
you, we will provide you with the tracking number that
will allow you to track your order. We also provide
Fedex or UPS shipping upon request for an extra charge.
For any country outside of the United States we will
use Fedex, UPS or United States Postal Service.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express,
Western Union and Paypal online. We can arrange for
wire transfers for orders placed outside the United
States.
What do you charge for shipping and handling?
For orders delivered within the United States, we charge
a flat rate of $6.00 first class.
Anywhere else in the world we charge $12.00.
How can I be assured of the quality of my garment?
Rest assured that each and every individual outfit is
carefully scrutinized by our Quality Assurance Department
prior to shipment. Occasionally, some of the beading
or embroidery might come loose due to wear or cleaning.
Not to worry! we provide you with extra beading for
easy replacement.
Can we pay in any other currency besides US
Dollars?
Yes you may, however your account will be debited in
US Dollars. Please note that all currency conversions
are estimated and the price that you see will be close
to the actual price, but not necessarily the exact price
of an item. Any difference between this amount and the
amount on a client's credit card statement is attributed
to bank charges/commission for currency conversion.
It is understood that the customer will bear these charges.

Is my personal information secure?
Absolutely! MAXED APPAREL respects your privacy and
will not sale or give your information to any other
company for any reason. Our site uses the most up to
date security software for your protection
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Our goal at MAXED APPAREL is to make sure that you enjoy
your shopping experience. Therefore, we will do our
best to accommodate your requests. Please keep in mind
that you are purchasing handcrafted custom garments.
We
do have an exchange policy for all merchandise sold
through our company. We will accept an exchange if there
is damage to the item, not caused by the courier, or
if the order you receive is not correct due to the fault
of MAXED APPAREL. We inspect and photograph all merchandise
before shipping to ensure the highest quality. If an
exchange is not acceptable, we will refund the purchase
price, less the amount of shipping. Any special order
made to the customers specifications will be charged
a 25% restocking fee.
You
must contact us for return approval no longer than 2
days after receiving your order. Once approved, the
item must be returned to MAXED APPAREL within 15 days.
Items must not show any signs of wear, staining, or
odors and must be returned in the original packaging
with price tags and labels attached. The customer must
bare the expense of any shipping fees when returning
merchandise to MAXED APPAREL.
If
the customer orders the wrong size garment, we will
exchange the item for a different size. We advise you
to contact us if you have any questions about the sizing
or fit of an item prior to ordering. Remember to contact
MAXED APPAREL prior to returning any item for exchange
or refund. Failure to do so may result in a denial of
any refund or exchange.
